How rotation works
Instead of sending every request from a single IP, a scraping system routes requests through a rotating pool of proxy addresses. Rotation can happen on every request, on a timed interval, or when a block is detected.
Why it’s necessary at scale
Any single IP making a high volume of requests to the same site is an easy target for blocking. Rotation spreads that load across many addresses, keeping data collection sustainable for large or frequently updated datasets.
